Extra Dry PGI Rubicone: The color is deep, pure and crystalline with greenish reflections and bright golden edges. The foam is very dense and exuberant white, the column of pearls is persistent. The bouquet is intense and enveloping, characterized by notes of exotic fruits, candied citrus fruit, vanilla and acacia gold. In the mouth the entrance is voluminous but soft and balanced with a marked fragrance and endless pleasantness. Excellent as a summer aperitif, sublime as a delicate dinner.
